Boiling Springs Dentistry opened in June 2007. Dr. Fletcher’s vision has been to create a family-friendly practice where patients receive excellent dental treatment in a comfortable, trusting environment. Since opening, our dental family continues to grow with new staff and more space to meet the needs of our patients. Although the practice has grown, Dr. Fletcher and his team remain committed to giving each patient the time, attention, and high-quality care they deserve.

Dr. Fletcher completed dental school at the Medical University of South Carolina and completed his undergraduate studies at Clemson University, where he graduated magna cum laude and earned degrees in Biology and Spanish. Upon graduation from dental school in 2004, Dr. Fletcher was recognized by his professors for excellence in general dentistry. Dr. Fletcher subsequently completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Vermont, where he received additional training in oral surgery, dental trauma, and medically complex patients. Dr. Fletcher and his wife, Chris, reside in Boiling Springs with their four children. In his free time, Dr. Fletcher enjoys running, hiking, and sports of all kinds. He is a volunteer with Miracle Hill Free Clinic and Donated Dental Services of South Carolina. His professional associations include Spartanburg County Dental Society, South Carolina Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. Dr. Fletcher has over fifteen years of experience and is fluent in Spanish. He opened Boiling Springs Dentistry in June of 2007.
Dr. Lindsay Cash attended the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) to complete her Doctorate of Dental Medicine. After graduating from MUSC, Dr. Cash was one of only six residents selected to be a part of Palmetto Health Richland's General Practice Residency in Columbia, SC.
Dr. Cash's professional memberships include the Academy of General Dentistry, with which she was awarded her Fellowship in July of 2019. She is heavily involved in advanced continuing education and travels frequently across the country to attend courses on a variety of topics including esthetics, sleep apnea, and comprehensive dentistry. Dr. Cash is a faculty club member with the Spear Dental Education Center in Scottsdale, AZ. It is her personal mission to ensure that all patients of our practice feel that they are receiving the highest quality dental care in a comfortable, compassionate environment.
In her leisure time, Dr. Cash enjoys spending time with her husband (Andy), son (Maddox), and their dogs Milton and Stella. They enjoy being outdoors in the mountains or on the coast enjoying the beautiful scenery of South Carolina.
Thirteen years ago, Chris was convinced to help her husband start his dental practice for about 6 months. Thirteen years later, Chris is still handling the management of the practice while also balancing mothering four children as well as community and church service. A former teacher and counselor, Chris has a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University and a master’s degree from The Citadel.
Brooke is originally from Florida but moved to the Upstate in 2015 and hasn’t looked back! Brooke has been in the dental field for 13 years and loves every aspect of it. In her free time, Brooke enjoys cooking, reading and spending time with her 2 dogs, Lilly and Lola.
Cherie is a native of Rogersville, Tennessee and now resides in Chesnee with her husband of 25 years. They have two beautiful children: a son, who is a student at the University of Tennessee, and a daughter who is a junior at Chesnee High School. Cherie has been involved in the field of dentistry for approximately 10 years. As a dental assistant, Cherie loves helping patients feel comfortable as they receive dental care. In her free time, Cherie enjoys spending time with her family, watching Tennessee Vols football and basketball, and being active in her church.
Hilna graduated from Greenville Technical College in 2011 and Wofford College in 2009. Hilna joined our practice in July of 2012. A Spartanburg native, Hilna enjoys watching football, traveling, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
Stacey has been with Boiling Springs Dentistry since June of 2008. She has over twenty-five years of experience in insurance, patient care, and front office administration. She enjoys providing the best dental experience for our patients and helping them feel at ease. A Spartanburg native, Stacey enjoys listening to music, spending time with family, and spoiling her miniature schnauzer, Ritter.
Nedonna graduated from Greenville Technical College in 1985 and Dorman High School in 1981. She joined our practice in December of 2011 and has over thirty years of experience. She is rewarded by the many relationships that started in the dental office which have grown into lifelong friendships. A Spartanburg native, Nedonna attends NewSpring Church, enjoys the beach, pool, and spending time with her family and friends.
Bridget graduated from Greenville Technical College with an associate degree in Dental Hygiene in 2011. She has been practicing for 8 years. Practicing dental hygiene is her passion and she loves making patients feel comfortable throughout their visit.
Bridget has been honored to help in the community by working over the years with the children at Healthy Smiles.
When not tending to patients, Bridget enjoys spending time with her husband and their young son. She also enjoys bass fishing and playing with her dogs and cat. Living in Gaffney, all of her life, she values her faith, family and friends.
Marina graduated from Spartanburg Community College in 2012 with a certification in Expanded Duty Dental Assisting. Marina joined our practice in December of 2015. She loves helping patients become more confident and she takes pride in making sure that patients feel comfortable during their visits. A Belarus native, Marina enjoys spending time with family, traveling with her husband, attending church, and cooking.
Mechelle is a native of Eastern North Carolina where she attended East Carolina University. She has over 25 years of customer service experience with 17 of those years being in the dental field. She enjoys assisting patients in utilizing their dental insurance efficiently and obtaining the treatment they need.
In her spare time, Mechelle enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband (John), son (Canaan), and their Chiweenie, Murphy.
Lisette is a graduate of Spartanburg Community College with a certification as an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant. Lisette believes in the importance of consistent dental health care, and she enjoys building relationships with the patients and being a part of the change that occurs when patients transform their smiles. In her free time, Lisette spends time with her family and loves going to movies with her husband. Lisette is also fluent is Spanish.
Dr. Montana Housand grew up on the coast in Georgetown, South Carolina. She attended Winthrop University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the Medical University of South Carolina. She was actively involved at MUSC’s College of Dental Medicine where she was on the American Student Dental Association (ASDA) Executive Committee, a member of American Association of Women Dentists (AAWD), a volunteer at the East Cooper Community Outreach free dental clinic, and an ambassador for Dental Community Fellowship.
Dr. Housand is passionate about using her dental skills to serve others. She has participated in four international dental mission trips, including weeks in Peru, Jamaica, Ecuador, and Nicaragua. She has also volunteered domestically through SC Dental Access Day, Helping Hands Free Dental Clinic, and other local organizations.
After graduating from dental school, Dr. Housand continued her training at a General Practice Residency at Prisma Health Hospital in Columbia, SC. There she was trained in sedation dentistry, implant dentistry, oral surgery, cosmetic dentistry, and general restorative dentistry. Dr. Housand is a member of the American Dental Association, South Carolina Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Outside of the office, Dr. Housand enjoys spending time with her loved ones, boating and fishing, cooking and nature walks with her labrodoodle.
Linda graduated from Greenville Technical College with a degree in Dental Hygiene in 2007. After graduating, she joined the Boiling Springs Dentistry team as our first hygienist. She spent the first 4 of her 13 years in the dental field with our team before moving out of state. We were happy to welcome Linda back to the BSD family this summer!
At work, Linda enjoys helping people transform their smiles. At home, she loves sewing, cooking, and spending time with her husband
Tiffany joined our practice recently as an expanded duty dental assistant. She comes to us with over a decade of experience assisting both in general dentistry and in specialty offices. Tiffany graduated from Spartanburg Community College in 2008, and she resides in Inman with her daughter, Daphne, and her fur baby, Delilah. In her time off, she enjoys fishing, watching movies, and traveling to new places. We are thrilled to welcome her to the BSD family!
Stephanie is originally from Belmont, NC, but has been in the Upstate for 19 years. She received her Bachelor's degree from USC Upstate before going back to school to pursue Dental Hygiene at Greenville Technical College. Stephanie has been a hygienist for 8 years and is passionate about patient education and helping each patient feel comfortable. On the weekends she likes to hang out with her husband and dogs, hike, and eat sushi! Stephanie joined the Boiling Springs Dentistry team in January 2021.
Ashley graduated in 2005 from Greenville Technical College with an associate degree in dental hygiene and certification in infiltration anesthesia. Ashley has been a dental hygienist for over 15 years and is passionate about helping patients ease their dental anxiety.
Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband, Jon, and their two children. Ashley is very active in her church and enjoys helping with children and youth ministries.
Claudette graduated from The Utah Institute of Dental Assisting in West Jordan, UT in 2005 and has worked in several general and specialty dental offices in front and back office. She is bilingual in Spanish and loves the opportunity to translate to make patients more comfortable. Claudette also has a degree in music ministry from Indiana Bible College and in her down time she enjoys listening to music/singing, spending time with her husband and 2 daughters and 2 stepdaughters and tending to her chickens!
